This Movember, Trainee Solicitor Conor McDonald (pictured left) and Digital Marketing Manager David Bromley (pictured right) are raising money and awareness for men's physical and mental health.
Both are participating in the now-iconic tradition of growing out their facial hair, as well as a group challenge that sees them and five other teammates running 1,000km between them throughout the month of November.
But what is Movember and where does the money go?
Movember is the leading men's health charity. Their work focuses on three key areas: mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Since 2006, Movember has funded the development of 54 inventions, 70 therapies and 107 diagnostic tests for prostate cancer. They are behind 1,250+ men's health projects across 23 countries, and their community-led mental health projects have changed and saved many lives.
