New Schools’ SEN Support Service will help educators

Stone King has launched a support package to help schools and trusts deal with SEN (Special Educational Needs) queries.

The Schools’ SEN Support Service is an online hub of up-to-date guidance and templates, and will also provide support services designed to help schools in responding to matters relating to SEN effectively and efficiently.

The cost-effective package enables schools and trusts to address common SEN issues independently.

As part of this service, clients will benefit from two lawyer-delivered surgeries in their annual subscription to the Schools’ SEN Support Service, as well as receiving two informative SEN bulletins.

The package covers a wide range of topics that schools and trusts frequently seek advice on, including admissions, local authorities’ duties in relation to issuing and consulting on EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans), annual reviews of EHCPs, special educational provision, behavioural matters, and the SEN Tribunal.

The cost for retainer clients is £877.50 for a year-long subscription plus VAT.

The cost for non-retainer clients is £975.00 plus VAT, with CST, ISBL and National Network of Special Schools members receiving a 5% discount.
