Stone King proud to support Volunteers’ Week 2023

Volunteers’ Week runs until June 7 and we’re proud to recognise the efforts of so many of our people who make good use of the day Stone King gifts them each year for volunteering.

This includes serving as trustees and governors, litter picking, reading in schools and supporting the pro bono work we do for the Bath Law Clinic, (founded in partnership with Citizens Advice B&NES and BSU) we know that volunteering really plays a part in helping the communities we serve grow and thrive.

Recently, our HR team spent a CSR day at Mentoring Plus, decorating a room and clearing out cupboards, allowing the charity’s staff to concentrate on other matters.

The HR team’s efforts follow on from a team of trainees and solicitor apprentices from Stone King who recently spent time making sure Mentoring Plus’s gardens look blooming lovely.
