Aisha is a residential real estate Solicitor based in Stone King’s Real Estate Team in London. She has a wide range of legal expertise in various areas of law having worked in London and Sussex firms.
Her expertise involves dealing with residential real estate transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. She advises clients on contracts, legal title, legal issue, finance, shared ownership, buy-to-let, transfer of equity, matrimonial transfer, repossession sale, lease extension and re-mortgage transaction.
She has acted for experienced buyers and sellers, long-standing clients of the firm, as well as first-time buyers, trusts, companies, entrepreneurial investors and high net worth individuals based both in the UK and overseas.
Aisha graduated with an LLB (Hons) in Law and completed the Legal Practice Diploma at BPP Law School, Holborn.
Away from the office, Aisha enjoys going to the gym, travelling, spending time with family and friends.
