Eleanor is a Solicitor based in our Cambridge office, working in the Corporate and Commercial team. Eleanor works predominantly for our education clients and her specialisms are in contractual drafting and interpretation; public procurement; local authority functions; and commissioning for SEND and AP. She has a growing interest in EdTech and AI.

Eleanor supports and advises our education sector clients in the maintained, academy, ISP and FE sectors.

Eleanor provides specialist support and advice in corporate, commercial and governance matters. Her work principally covers:

academy transfers and conversions;
contractual arrangements for schools and academies, as purchaser or service provider;
funding and documentation for projects, partnerships and collaborations;
contractual arrangements and relationships with local authorities;
commissioning and funding for SEND and AP;
outsourcing, concessions and public procurement, and;
school and subsidiary trading companies.

Eleanor has studied at UCL, King’s College London, University of Westminster, and the University of Law. She has also studied online with the Open University.

Eleanor has three young children and never finds time for a run in the nearby countryside. She enjoys watching Wimbledon, reading interesting books and drinking fancy coffees (ideally, all at the same time).

Eleanor has completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme online with Said Business School, University of Oxford.
