Frances Reynolds
Registry Manager for Leicester and Bristol Dioceses

Frances manages the Diocesan Registries for Bristol and Leicester Dioceses.

She advises, helps and supports the Bishops' Chaplains, Archdeacons, Diocesan Advisory Committee Secretaries, clergy, lay ministers and parish officials.

Frances joined Stone King's Registry Team in 2019. Prior to working at the firm, she spent 16 years as a solicitor, specialising in Commercial Property and Ports.

Immediately before joining Stone King, she worked for the London Team of an International Development charity, energising clergy, parishioners and volunteers to give, act and pray for the charity's beneficiaries and campaigns.

Frances's work covers the wide range of ecclesiastical law and practical matters that a Registry deals with, including faculties, clergy licences, parish governance, patronage, marriage law, churchyards, and church property.

She also supervises the Registry Team's Apprentice Solicitor and oversees the maintenance of Diocesan records, the Patronage Register and the Team's knowledge management and precedent database.
