James completed his training contract at Royds Withy King and qualified as an Employment Solicitor with Stone King in September 2018.
Prior to that, James read History at the University of Southampton and graduated with a first. He then worked for an international outsourcing firm before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law (Commendation) and Legal Practice Course (Distinction) at the University of Law, Bristol.
James is less than one year qualified and primarily deals with less complex areas of employment law. He advises clients on settlement agreements, employment contracts, pay queries, dismissal processes and a wide range of employment issues. James assists with Tribunal cases under supervision from other fee earners.
