Kiran Ayub

Kiran joins the firm from a high street practice, dealing with all aspects of residential property matters and has previously worked within a national practice, where she has several years experience advising lender clients on a wide range of real estate finance matters, including Islamic financing of residential property. Kiran's experience in the Commercial Property Team includes acting on acquisitions, disposals, academy conversions and transfers, as well as various leasehold matters.

Kiran graduated from Birmingham City University with an LLB Law Degree in 2012 and the Legal Practice Course.
