Paralegal
Michelle joined Stone King in March of 2023 as a Paralegal, in the Trusts & Estates Team based in Bath.
As a Paralegal in Trusts and Estates, Michelle works on a wide range of matters but predominantly assists with Court of Protection and estates administration, and the management of financial affairs for the elderly and vulnerable.
Michelle has over 15 years’ experience in elderly support with extensive knowledge around safeguarding and protecting vulnerable clients, including those with dementia and through the Mental Capacity Act.
She worked in the housing sector prior to joining Stone King, gaining experience in a number of safeguarding areas including suicide prevention, human trafficking and county lines exploitation

Michelle enjoys reading and has a thirst for knowledge. She also loves going on holidays, with Greece and its many islands being a favourite.
