In this, the fourth and final session in this year’s Ramadan series, Head of Faith Sector and the Immigration Team Julie Moktadir will be discussing the Visitor visa route for individuals travelling to the UK for Eid, including permitted and prohibited activities, the wider legal requirements and how failure to comply with the terms of a Visitor visa can result in an individual or associated organisation being penalised by the UKVI.
