Stone King’s social enterprise team has updated its table of different forms of social enterprises, in part to reflect the new social investment tax relief and also to update our new branding. The table proved hugely popular when we released it last year, including in a national newspaper, particularly in assisting clients with navigating the different forms of enterprise which are now available. In light of the increased focus on social finance, a number of organisations are also now querying ways to seek investment by participating in new corporate forms. We will include further details about our recent social finance work in the next edition of Spotlight.
