Alice O'Mahony

Charity & Social Enterprise Team

Alice joined Stone King in September 2016 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in the Charity and Social Enterprise Team in September 2018.

Alice advises on a range of matters, including the establishment and registration of new charities and changes of legal structure of existing charities.

Prior to joining Stone King, Alice studied Law and Sociology at Cardiff University where she remained to complete the Legal Practice Course. During her time at university, Alice was involved with the Cerebra Legal Entitlements Research Project, a pro bono project concerned with the health and social care entitlements of children with disabilities.
