Sarah Paul

Sarah is a solicitor in our Trusts and Estates Team based in our Bath office and has over four years’ experience in this area.

Sarah’s work includes the following:

• Providing advice in relation to Wills and the preparing of Wills;
• Advice on inheritance tax and capital gains tax;
• Administering a deceased’s estate including the obtaining of the Grant of Probate;
• Trust advice; and
• Advising clients about and preparing powers of attorney.

After completing her Legal Practice Course, Sarah spent two years travelling (and working) around Africa and Australia before commencing her career as a Commercial solicitor, in which she worked for a number of years.
