We are so pleased that The Legal 500 has named Stone King a top-tier law firm for 2025 in six practice areas.

An independent research guide, The Legal 500 analyses the legal sector by regions. This year, top-tier rankings, which are held in high esteem across the legal profession, have been awarded to our charities and not-for-profit practice in London, the South West, and Yorkshire and the Humber. Also in receipt of this highly regarded accolade are our education practice in the South West and London, and our general crime and fraud practice in the South West.

In addition, the firm has been highly ranked in a further 11 practice areas across our Charity, Education, Faith, Business & Social Enterprise, Private Client, and Public & Regulatory Sectors. We are also delighted that 59 Stone King lawyers have received mentions for their standout contribution to their practice area.

Peter Woodhouse, our Interim CEO, said:

“I am delighted that the firm and so many of our people have once again been recognised by The Legal 500. At Stone King, we use our specialist knowledge and expertise to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients, but we also invest our time and understanding.
